Your pet friend is an active animal and if they don’t get enough exercise, their energy can express itself in destructive ways. Your dog might be chewing, pooping, and generally misbehaving just from a lack of regular exercise. Dogs are easily bored and they are almost always under exercised. Regular exercise on a canine treadmill can alleviate a host of problems and make for a much happier and healthier pet

A Canine Treadmill works on the same principle as a human one except that it is especially constructed for dogs instead of people. When choosing your treadmill you must make sure that it is the correct size for your dog. Not surprisingly, a large dog will need a larger sized treadmill than a small dog. A motorized machine will offer more flexibility of workouts than does a dog powered unit. Options such as incline also offer more variety of workout intensity for your pet. Side rails are important as the keep a dog’s attention forward and provide an important safety feature. A safety collar clip will stop the machine automatically if your pet should fall off.
